YaYa’s Angels

In 2016 one of our members noticed that there was an alarming number of elementary children at the bus stops without hats, scarves and gloves. That prompted a discussion about how LTS could be of service to these children and from that YaYa’s Angels was created. This program was named after Yvonne Shelton Milani, one of our greatest supporters and an individual that truly loved young children.
Rev. Dr. Louis T. Shelton participates by helping to distribute winter apparel to a community school.
Not only does Pastor Shelton assist with the distribution, he also provides words of encouragement to the children about how important education is for their future.
